I can’t say enough good things about Little Tykes Preschool and Daycare Center. From day one, the entire team has been warm, supportive, and incredibly professional. Ms. Megan made the transition from being home with my child to starting daycare such a smooth and comforting experience. Her kindness, patience, and constant communication truly eased our minds as parents.
Now that my child is in the toddler classroom, Ms. Ally has continued that same level of excellence. It’s clear that the staff at Little Tykes genuinely care about the children and their development.
Every day when I pick up my child, she’s smiling and happy. The amount of activities they do throughout the day is incredible. From creative play to educational learning, it’s easy to see that the kids are not only busy but actively learning and growing.
The communication from the center has always been great, and I always feel in the loop about my child’s day. I would wholeheartedly recommend Little Tykes to anyone and everyone looking for a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for their child. We’re so grateful to have found them!

I absolutely love Little Tykes ! My daughter has been going there for almost 1 year in a half and the type of care she’s gotten is amazing. I have no complaints, the teachers are great and show how much they truly care about the kids. Highly recommend them !

Little Tykes is an intimate childcare center, who I trust with my kids. Teachers in all classes pay very close attention to each child. Both of my kids, one in the preschool and one, who was in the infant and recently now in the toddler room, have learned so much! They spend time at the end of the day letting you know how the day was. Pictures are posted to see what is going on during the day! I love that I can message my kids’ teachers with any questions through the app. The crafts that come home with my like are adorable.

my daughter started in little tykes august 2025, and she loves it. she learns so much everyday & she is so happy when getting dropped off/picked up. she actually wasn’t speaking alot before going, and now since going, her speech and vocabulary is excellent. they treat your kids like there own. I totally recommend this daycare/preschool to anyone looking to putting there kids in one. this was my first time looking for one and we found the right one.

Little Tykes was such an amazing school for my daughter! She learned so much in her prek 4 ! She was fully prepared for her new year in big girl school ( kindergarten) So much fun on their summer program!! Full of science and art! I am so grateful for all the staff and teachers that helped her get to her milestone!!! We love little tykes! 10/1000 recommend!❤️
This was my first time enrolling my 1 year old daughter into a day care program and honestly it has been a great experience so far. My daughter was not repeating any words prior to starting and in just 2 months she was already starting to talk. The teachers have a very good communication with parents and are on top in keeping you informed and are always doing fun activities with the kids. My daughter sometimes does not want to leave and that says alot! We love it!

My daughters have been attending Little Tykes since my 5 year old was 3 months old! I have always felt so secure that they are in safe, loving hands. The activities and learning opportunities they provide made my older daughter Kindergarten ready and she has excelled academically! I attribute much of that to her Little Tykes experience. My 2 year old's vocabulary and counting skills surpass many of her peers in our circle of friends. I love that there are so many opportunities during the day to learn, but also to PLAY and practice their social skills. I would highly recommend Little Tykes to any parent looking for a safe, loving, happy environment for their child.

Yes! We welcome children enrolled in local public Pre-K or specialized services and provide care before and after their program hours.
Yes — even if your child qualifies for a free public preschool program, you may still use county or state financial assistance (like NJ’s CCAP) to attend Little Tykes instead. Parents often choose us for our full-day care, extended hours, and smaller, more personalized environment — with much of the cost still covered.
Absolutely. We remain open during most public school closings, half-days, and early dismissals — giving families reliable coverage year-round.
We don’t currently offer transportation, but many parents coordinate drop-offs and pickups around their child’s schedule with the school district or program provider. Feel free to ask us what’s worked for other families.
